I own a Falcon Boat and it is registered with Falcon Boats prior to the qualifying Contingency Paying Event.

I fished from my Falcon boat on all days of competition

I displayed my Falcon High Flyers decal on the driver’s side windshield or console of my boat

I displayed my factory installed Falcon logo on my boat or met minimum requirements for wrapped logo.

I met the Falcon High Flyers clothing requirements during all days of competition and have submitted photo evidence with this form.

I returned my official High Flyers registration form and fee prior to competing in this event.

I met all participating guidelines of the Falcon High Flyers program.
