As a gel coat operator you will be responsible for applying gel coat to molds according to specifications and production schedule, ensuring color, finish and thicknesses are adhered to.

As a gel coat assistant you will assist in applying gel coat to molds and assist in proper maintenance of spray equipment.

A Chopper Gun Operator applies fiberglass onto molds per part specifications, measures and mixes correct catalyst ratios of resins, and uses various hand tools to apply and roll out wet fiberglass materials properly without air voids.

CHOPPER GUN OPERATOR

The laminator works with a crew of other laminators to build fiberglass parts of the boat that may include the deck, hull or small parts using a hand lay up process to apply the skincoat and bulkcoat laminate, core materials and final layer of laminate.

Assembly Technicians work with capping, consoles, seats, rub rail, electronics, and outboard motor installation.
